STRATEGIC PLAN

Graffiti has existed since the early 1990s and must be stopped before it can spread internationally. For A Clean Conscience: Strategic Plan 2008-2013 will soon be available to the community. In it you’ll not only find our advanced strategies to fight graffiti but also plans for future Zero Tolerance policies, designed to clean more than just the stain of graffiti from our cities. These include:

• Compulsory skate park closures (proposed 2009)
• Removal of car stereo systems (proposed 2010)
• Anti-baggy and saggy pants policy (proposed 2010)
• Mandatory use of dog bark-suppressors (proposed 2011)
• Sea Gull relocation program (proposed 2012)
